Are you a Real Muslim??!!!

Hi friends!!!

I'm a Muslim and I'm hundred percent sure of that.Today an incident happened to me.It hurt me a lot.

                                                            

Myself and my friend used to go to any empty room in our office to complete our daily prayers.

As you all know,We Muslims have to pray 5 times a day.We used to complete our Lo-hr and Asar prayers at office.

While we were in the elevator,one of the helper lady asked the question,"Who is the real Muslim among you two?". We were startled hearing this question. Then we asked, "Why are you asking this question?".She replied," That girl(my friend) is wearing Burqa(the overcoat worn by Muslim girls and ladies) but you didn't wear.So i thought you are her friend, and you are just covering your head and acting like a Muslim to accompany your friend in her prayers".I really felt bad. 

 A similar thing happened some six months ago. I went to a exhibition in Chennai. I saw the Belly shoes and was about to buy,so I asked the cost of the belly shoes to the shopkeeper. Instead of answering me,he asked,"What is your name?". I was shocked and then told him my name. He started staring at me and replied,"Why are you not wearing  Burqa? You are a Muslim right? You don't have the feeling to wear Burqa?".I didn't know how to react to him. 
     

"When you pin point other's mistakes,don't forget that the other three fingers are pointing towards you."

Actually I have a doubt. Will I be a Muslim only if I wear Burqa? After I joined the company,I started wearing Burqa. But I don't wear inside office. Its our interest to wear it or not. I had interest and started wearing it only months ago. 

So kindly don't force others and compare with others. Nobody is perfect.You cannot judge anyone by their external appearances.We cannot judge that those girls who are wearing Burqa are very good and those who are not wearing are bad.So please don't judge people and hurt their feelings.

                                                       

I'm not against wearing Burqa. I love Burqa. But only when it is worn with  personal interest, it is meaningful.Please ladies and young girls,understand the purpose of Burqa and wear it.And don't judge others who don't wear.It is a kind request.
